Answer: Double click the video screen, or click the play button on the bottom left of the screen or download the latest flash player.

Answer: The cause could be buffering due to a low connection speed. Click the pause button and allow the video to download then click play
3. Question: Im trying to register but I did not receive the confirmation email.
Answer: First make sure the confirmation is not in your junk email box. Add igotcontractors@igotcontractors.com to your email list as approved emails. If this does not help, then try another email service.
4. Question: I uploaded my video but I did not receive the confirmation page and my video is showing 0:00 runtime
